Founder of the BJV Group. Expert consultant in aeronautics. Born in ALGERIA, higher education in FRANCE, ATPL training at “AMAURY DE LA GRANGE” school in 1982.
- More than 40 years of experience and expertise in the Aeronautical sector of AFRICA.
- Airline pilot / Cpt on different aircraft types of aircraft Instructor SFI Q400.
- Trainer and Examiner CSS / BSS / CCA.
- Management and communication teacher with CFA Group.
- Creation of 03 MANEX / AOC / CTE Africa.
- Additional experience in different positions such as Operations Manager / Sector Manager.
General Manager ASAG / Cpt VAYSSE
Founder of the BJV Group. Native of France, Airline Pilot on Airbus 320 on the African and Asian continent.
- More than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry.
- PPL instructor, FI-FE.
- Strong experience in management.
- TNAO / ATE training and experience in airport management of several platforms as Supervisor and also AFIS Air Traffic Controller
Our Story
One day of June 2022, following a starry meeting with our Gambian friend KEBBA, during an ICAO seminar in DAKAR, Cpt VAYSSE and Cpt BJF took the decision to create the airline "AIR STAR AIRLINES GAMBIA Ltd.".
For more than two years, we have been looking at the creation of an airline on the African continent.
Following our studies of the world air market, we consider that Africa is the future of Europe.
Cpt BJF and Cpt VAYSSE founded a SAS in FRANCE in 2017 called "Groupe BJV"
Management and training in the field of Aeronautics, operation and consulting of airlines.
Today the Groupe BJV is QUALIOPI France accredited for training.
Since October 19, 2022, we are proud to announce the creation of the airline company: ""AIR STAR AIRLINES GAMBIA Ltd.""

Founder of Groupe Brizzi Transport
Is an expert in road transport, logistics, and administration, with over 15 years of experience.
He also worked for 11 years with Delta Airlines and 3 years with American Airlines in customer service.
His dual expertise allows him to optimize logistics operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Innovative and visionary, he meets modern logistical challenges with excellence-focused solutions.

Airline Transport pilot & Director of Fligth Operations
General Manager on A320
Developing and maintaining training courses for check pilots and training pilots and cabin crew trainers.
Elaboration of A320 Type rating programs and new grading system for our young First officers.
Responsible for induction, upgrade, training of all pilots.
